Full circle for Aled as tour comes to Lanark
Published: Monday 29 April 2024
Classical music fans can be Walking in the Air next year at Lanark Memorial Hall.
Aled Jones will be bringing his popular Full Circle tour to the hall on Thursday 17 April 2025 from 7.30pm.
As well as sharing the stories of his life, Aled has also been performing some of his favourite songs on the tour, including Walking in the Air, from the animated film The Snowman, which established him as a household name.
Selling more than seven million albums, he’s equally at home on the classical stage, or starring in musical theatre productions in London West End, his credits include lead roles in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang and Irving Berlin’s White Christmas.
He said: “The response to Full Circle has been incredible. I have absolutely loved sharing some of my most special stories and personal photographs, from when I was a young choir boy in Bangor right through to the present, and hosting Songs of Praise.
“Having listened to fans, who have told me where they would like the tour to head to next, I have added lots of dates in spring 2025.”
Tickets start at £30, with VIP tickets including premium seating and a goody bag costing £50, and a special meet and greet ticket (which includes a pre-show meet & greet/premium seating /goody bag) costing £70.
Tickets are available from the SLLC Box Office or by calling 01555 673 199.
