Provost Christmas Message 2024
Published: Thursday 19 December 2024
Our Provost has recorded her annual Christmas message for all South Lanarkshire residents.
A video of the message is available on the council’s YouTube channel:
Provost Margaret Cooper said: “I would like to take this opportunity to wish you, and your nearest and dearest, a very Happy Christmas.
“This year I was delighted to launch the Touch a Life, Make a Difference charity initiative.
“It encourages and recognises the work of local organisations, community groups, local people and schoolchildren to raise money for good causes across the area.”
The full message can be viewed in the video above.
