A new integrated Housing and Property Management IT System is to be introduced.

The new system will incorporate a number of previous individual systems into one and will modernise and improve our approach to delivering services to customers.

The new system will be introduced during the summer, and we would ask customers to be patient when contacting us during the transition period and as our staff become more familiar with using the new system.
