A special evening of storytelling and celebration featuring two of Scotland’s best-loved voices are coming to Hamilton.
Peter MacQueen and Coinneach MacLeod, better known as the Hebridean Baker, will be on stage at 7pm on 30 October at the Town House.
Peter, a broadcaster and writer from Oban, known for his Gaelic television work and deep passion for Scotland’s nature, traditions and animals, will be sharing behind-the-scenes tales from his travels, along with heartwarming stories and a few surprises from the making of his new book - Tails of Scotland: The Story of Scottish Dogs.
And joining Peter will be Coinneach MacLeod, the international bestselling author behind the Hebridean Baker cookbooks. Born and raised on the Isle of Lewis, Coinneach has won hearts around the world with his memorable recipes, folklore, and tales of island life.
Together, Peter and Coinneach will take audiences on a joyful journey across Scotland, with dogs at their heels and recipes in their hearts.
And to get the show off on the right note, there’s a complimentary whisky or gin from the Isle of Harris Distillery plus the chance to purchase signed copies of the hosts’ books.
