Customer Voices 2026 – Save the Date
Published: Monday 22 June 2026
Following the success of last year’s event, we’re delighted to announce that our annual customer conference, Customer Voices, will return on Tuesday 15 September 2026.
The first conference, held in September 2025, proved to be a lively and engaging day, bringing tenants, staff, and partner agencies together from across South Lanarkshire to share views, experiences, and ideas.
Attendees told us they valued the opportunity to speak directly with staff, take part in discussions, and help shape the services that matter most to them. The feedback received was overwhelmingly positive, with many describing the event as informative, inclusive and enjoyable.
Building on that success, we’re excited to host Customer Voices 2026 on Tuesday 15 September 2026 in the Banqueting Hall, Council Offices, Almada Street, Hamilton. The event will once again provide a welcoming space for tenants to learn more about housing services, have their say, and connect with others in their community. Whether you’re interested in influencing decisions, shaping future priorities or simply having your voice heard, this event is for you.
We’re currently developing the programme to make sure this year’s conference is just as engaging and worthwhile as last years.
For now, please save the date in your diary and look out for further updates, which will include the agenda for the day and how to book your place.
We look forward to welcoming you to Customer Voices 2026. Your voice matters, and we hope you can join us.
